Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then simply contact us on moodbears@tomy.com where we will be happy to resolve your issue.
All orders are posted out within 48hours of order (unless personalised clothing in which case please allow 4 working days). We aim to arrive with you within 3 days however, please allow up to 14 days before contacting us, if we receive anything before that we will reply as soon as we can but please allow us to investigate first. When contacting us please include your order number and the postal address to speed up the process.
If you wish to return your items, they must be unused, be in their original packaging and with any relevant documentation. Please initially make us aware before doing this.
PLEASE NOTE: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we advise, for your own protection that you use a delivery method that provides insurance for the value of your goods.
The cost of retuning goods to us is your responsibility.
Delivery charges will only be refunded where items are faulty and refund has been made.
We recommend customers return their items for return or exchange using a secure and tracked parcel service.

Refunds and exchanges will only be offered within 14 days of receiving your order. Anything after this period we are unable to take responsibility for.
PLEASE NOTE: Once the parcel leaves the Moodbears warehouse, and we have provided you with your tracking number, the parcel is no longer our responsibility.
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address to take the parcel. If no one is present the courier may deliver the goods to a neighbour either side or directly opposite and should leave a card to advise where this parcel has been left. Alternatively, the parcel can be left in a safe location on the property, If a parcel is showing as being delivered but you are claiming non receipt of a parcel, please contact us on info@moodbears.com where we will be happy to investigate the matter.
